Avoid talks down to her students. Really needs to retire!!!! State worker collecting a pay check and her benefits.. So sad that the state school does look at the rating of the Professors. They all stay because the benefits are good.

Strongly advise you to not take classes with her. Her grading is really strange; it's either a 0, 90 or 100. If you forget one thing, ONE THING, you easily get a zero unless it is small you get a 90. The class itself is easy but her grading policy makes it extremely difficult. Expect tons of HW and if you miss anything be allowed no makeup work.

Avoid taking classes with this professor if you can. I've yet to meet someone that had a positive experience with her. She clearly doesn't enjoy teaching and makes it quite clear that she has no regard for her students. She's just a miserable person that wants to bring her students down with her.

Professor Marilyn Sherry gives pop quizzes also deducts points for simple errors. Attendance is mandatory expect loads of home work I mean loads and expect to have to stay for extra help if you plan on passign with a decent grade.

This is quite arguably the worst professor I've ever had. She says everything so matter-of-factly and talks down to everyone as if they're stupid. She does not care if you have trouble on HW and only goes on right or wrong answers. This is a 1 credit class, you won't get what you put in, even if you get an A. If you can, avoid her like the plague,

Horrible teacher. Gives you guidelines for a project and grades by a different set of standards. She gave me points off my final project for doing as she said. Wicked egotistical, talks down to you if you ask a simple question. Without a doubt, worst professor ever.

It's my opinion that she doesn't know how to teach a whole class at once. She has to help people one at a time and doesn't get to everybody. She is unorganized, and forgets alot. She gives a lot of work for a 1 credit class. Expect to do well over 60 hours in four weeks and you still won't get a good grade if you're off the mark by any tiny thing.

This is a 1 credit course.She gave so much work it took away from my other classes.I put in well over 60 hours of work.She forget's things and is not clear about what she wants you to do. Make sure you get everything in writing. Especially get confirmation from her that she received your e-mail. Personally, I think she needs to retire.

I took her because my program requires computers, even though I've been working on them since I was 8 yrs old. Very easy if you know anything at all about computers...I played solitaire 4 hours a day, and still got an A in all 3 classes. There were a couple of people in the class completely lost, and she really tried to work with them.

if you take a class with her plan on teaching yourself, because if you want to learn anything find a helpful friend in class who knows what they are doing or be prepared to fail in excel windows or word!!!!!!!!!!!!
