We basically taught our self's in this class when I asked her a question through an email it took her forever to respond. She did not explain the assignment's clearly in class only talked about the book's we read which were alot to read. I suggest do not take her take someone else who assign's less reading. And let's you focus on your other class's

She gives ALOT of work. She doesnt care if you have other hw from other classes. She is really nice, but she is boring! During class time she doesnt teach or anything. She just talks about what we read and reveiews alot of assignments. She also makes you talk in front of the class alot. But overall your basically teaching yourself.

Shes very nice and EASY. The catch is that she give you a "GANG LOAD" of work. Other than that... Do ALLL the assignments and you get an A. The assignments are not hard but just a LOT! Lots of extra credit

Liked her class, but she was boring. very proper woman. gave alot of work. alot of it was extra credit. homework was easy but there was alot of it, you have to really take time to do it or you will fail. personally i would not take her again. but she was nice

VERY boring teacher. The only thing that seemed to keep me interested was my classmates. She gives a lot of work, although it is easy. She talks too much and treats you like a kindergardener. Gives too much work that doesn't count toward your grade in any way.

I found Mrs. Schenk to be a helpful and kind teacher. Although some people may find her assignments tedious I believe they were very useful and important to the reflection of one's English and self-improvement. The text used is wonderful and had great strategies for success in college academics... and life! Attend every class possible and have fun!
