She is very sarcastic when you do your performance test. She is nice if you talk to her when nobody is around. She is easy at grading your performance test but she will give rude feedback sometimes.

She is an okay teacher. She helps when she feels like helping you. In this class you learn how to sing, Play the Piano, Flutophone, and Autoharp. sometimes you have 4 or 5 weeks to learn the material and others you have only a few short weeks. I have seen her laugh behind students back when they mess up but she doesn't like to fail students.

she is possibly one of the most nicest and sweetest professors at grossmont..but she gets cranky and grouchy when u play when she is talking..so dont play when she is trying to explain something..but overall this class is very easy...u will love it!

What can I say, this class is a good introductory course on classical piano. I know it may tough in the beginning to learning all the new keys and notes, but if you hang on long enough and understand more clearly, it's get MUCH more enjoyable and fun. Her class was a blast to be in. The word her is: TRY, that's all that really matters in her class

I took the class because of a previous comment. You get what you put into this class. Fun class lotsa participation but make an effort. Highly recommend for teachers who don't know music but want to learn the basics -then take this course. Marion eases the pain of learning about teaching music.
