Dr. Chan was nice to me once she found out I was a real musician. In the theory class, she was rude and did not teach the material in a concise, powerful manner. It's hard to make classical and baroque music dry, but she managed to do it...definitely very 'professorial' because she lacked teaching skills and didn't give a damn.
