Good proff. Not a hard marker and gave very, very great feedback. There were times I saw tons of red ink as a paper was handed to me and still got a 75/80. I wasn't extremely interested in the course(I'm more WW1/WW2) but it was pretty good.

I'm glad i'm not the only person who doesn't like Mark. He has no respect for his students what so ever. He reminds me of some sort of highschoolish prof, out to get his students. He will do everything he can to lower your grade too. I actually hate this guy too, going to his class it an outright chore.

Dr. Hunter definitely knows what he's talking about. A bit monotonus in his lectures. Helpful, easy to talk to during and after class. His paper topics absolutely suck, but you can work around that. Notes are good, but you need to go to class to take them, because his powerpoint is sometimes vague. All in all he was a fairly good prof.

His lectures are not all that exciting, but it's history, so it can only be so exciting. His power point notes are available online. A pretty picky marker with assignments, but not quite as bad on tests. Definitely a history geek, and that consistently comes through. If he doesn't know the answer to something immediately, he'll have it the next day

on first impression, some may be put off by his style. what is actually SELF-CONFIDENCE and an AUTHORATATIVE style is considered ARROGANT by those who make immediate judgements of people. he's a nice guy and not a bad marker if you actually do your work
