Definitely a nice a guy. Take this class if you have the opportunity to. There is work involved and there is a sign in sheet for attendance.Most assignments are postings of video/podcast/pictures on blogger.If you miss an assignment, he lets you make it up. There are acouple of projects but no quizzes or tests.Overall, Fun and easy class.

He is a really easy professor. What he does talk about is very interesting though. if you need to take Media as an elective this is the course and teacher for you. He gives weekly assignments but they are extremely easy. He is intimidating on grading in the beginning but he gives everyone A's - just hand in what he says. No tests or exams.

Class was very interesting and the screenings shown in class were fun. Professor Edwards is very smart and tries to engage you in discussion in class. Media Vacuum assignment was fun. Only complaint would be that the class seemed very "impersonal" and I don't think Professor Edwards knew who anyone was. Overall very good though.

He's overall a nice guy but I did not like his style of teaching at all. He is overly random, and babbles the entire class. It was about PR mostly, but there was no structure to his lectures at all. When it comes time to take an exam, this doesn't help. His grading style also seems pretty random too. Dissappointing since PR is what I want to do.

prof edwards is a really nice guy. his advertising/pr class was really fun and interesting. pay attention to/take notes on the pr presentations and read the toxic sludge book - a lot of your grade is based on this stuff. overall edwards is a really sweet and funny guy even though he scares you with the syllabus!
