He teaches well, but he grades very harshly. Unless you are able to complete all homework assignments without referencing the book, forget getting an A in his class. His tests are difficult, but the level of difficulty is compounded since he does not give you enough time to complete the tests.

He is actually a really good math teacher. Exams are very challenging, but homework is graded and substantial so you have ample opportunity to pull up your grade. He is the best "math" lecturer i've ever had but doesn't seem to want to help you out of class. He will, but he always seems rushed.

gives alot of homework, due on day of test... doesnt take roll.. grades are based on tests, reading ass. homework....group activities.... tests are moderate on the difficulty scale... nice funny guy... not that horrible of a class

So I got A's the entire semester and I ended up pulling a B for the final, giving me an 89 average.... yup- he gave me a B! Can you believe that! Dude needs to relax, and not be so uptight. He's very awkward and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I liked him a lot beter for 105. In 205 he was just a bitter man.

Awesome professor. Had him for Calculus I, II, Discrete, and now Linear Algebra. Can turn even the most intimidating math problems into something doable. Excellent with example variety and homework. Tests aren't too bad, if you understand the homework you can do the tests. Take him if you can!!!

First I cam einto this class and the first few times thought it was hard... but he definitely does explain things clearly if you ask. Sometimes he doesn't have office time and that can be a crappy thing. In the end though a definitely interesting teacher who likes what he does and does it great!

He's very organized and explains the material well. He uses a powerpoint presentation and has notes and math problems to go along with it, so the book isn't really needed. He makes sure you understand one concept before moving onto another, providing a lot of examples. Pretty good professor...

The tests could be very hard, more definitions then actually math problems. The hardest part of his class is getting up early enough to get your homework checked but when he checks them he helps you alot if you ask. Homework is a very important part of the class. Im very bad at math and I got a B.
