. As far as quality of teaching hmmm . When you ask a question be ready for a fight -- he argues by volume not by logic.

Gives great and informational lectures. He tries to make the most out of learning the biological system by showing comic cartoons. Tests are easy as long as you pay attention in lecture. No homework except the usual studying

Participation isn't mandatory however greatly recommended. Pay attention during lecture-stuff he says can be on the test. The test is fairly easy if you pay attention. He tries to make the class more enjoyable with his lectures. 10/10 would recommend

Professor Grobner is a pretty fair professor. There's 3 exams and there's 50 multiple choice questions online and 50 matching/short answer questions in class. He does clickers and you get 1 point for answering and 1 point for getting the answer right. Would recommend him. Class was super straightforward.

Great professor! Took him for physiology (lecture portion). Great at answering questions. 2 parts to his lecture exams. 50 multiple choice and about 25-30ish written exams based on his lecture notes. Would definitely recommend this teacher!

Unfortuanetly he was not in class for the whole semester, half the time the online power points did not work. Used clickers alot if you do not have one at the beginning of the semester and you lose the points oh well. Spoke really fast. I am the one who learns at a slower rate. tests is multiple choice, fill in blank, and paragraph questions

Admittedly rather dry lectures from a (non-bio major perspective). However, he is VERY knowledgeable in his area of study. Class was not overly difficult: just do the reading, pay attention, and study accordingly for tests.

Dr Grobner is certainly a nice guy. His lectures can get boring as he goes way in depth and he is quite monotone. He is a good professor very fair. He does not go out his way to make things difficult. All exams are short answer and essay. If you study you will do well.

Really a good professor. Tests are fairly easy, but if you don't do well on those, there is still hope for you pulling a decent grade with assignments. Pretty easygoing guy, and has his funny moments.

I really didn't like this class... I felt like he had an attitude of "What I believe is right, and if you believe differently, you are wrong," especially when it came to evolution.
