I took his Film Studies class in the Fall of 2017 where he focused mainly on musical films. It was a very enlightening class, so much so that I did not miss any of them at all. He's very funny when the situation calls for it and offers insights into his life and his career in acting. Very approachable, very friendly. Just show up and participate.

Creter is a great guy, but not so much of a lecturer. He started off using Powerpoint for images, but they dont tell much and you don't really learn anything from his long, 2-3 hour lectures without break. To pass quizzes, you have to read extensively - a chapter a week in a long, wall of text textbook. I advise against him unless you rly love THEA

Insightful comments about film and actor's performances. Weekly movie to watch and review to write along w/ 8 page final paper comparing 1 actor's performances in 2 movies. Some of the movies were disturbing but still contained phenomenal performances, so you just grit your teeth through the off-putting bits.

TAKE THIS CLASS! It's an easy A.Great GPA booster. No homework. No Exams. For the final you have to memorize something?anything and recite it in front of the class. It only needs to be one minute! I have a major public speaking phobia, but it wasn?t as bad as I thought. The rest of the grades are group presentation and play reviews.

This class was a breeze and Creter was extremely easy! He knows most people just take it for their Humanities credit. A couple easy group projects. You have to see four plays and review them. A couple more random, easy assignments. Don't buy the book or the plays; it's pointless. Doesn't take attendance. I would take him again!

Creter is the MAN! He knows people have to take this class as an elective and that its an easy A as long as you see 4 plays and memorize a monologue. He really gets you interested in theater without trying to shove it down your throat. Attendance isn't mandatory; he just talks about different aspects of theater. And no quizzes or tests :)

Very easy, used the book maybe twice. Return it you don't need it. Your final is to say a monologue then you just have to see 4 plays. That is the extent of the class. Class not mandatory and sometimes can be very pointless.

Creter is great. He understands that most students that take Theater, or Music or Art for that matter, are not taking it to be aspiring actors but are taking it for College credit. He is also really funny and cool. I would definitely recommend his class over Art or Music!!

This man is awesome! He's very passionate about theatre and about teaching. His class is very interesting and humorous. The play reviews can be annoying sometimes, but he's very clear about his expectations and very lenient with due dates. Attendance isn't mandatory, but the class is definitely worth going to. Very fun. Highly recommended :)

I love Creter. Very easy class, no tests but about 4 group projects and a few play reviews. Lectures can be boring if you aren't interested in theater but overall he is very lively and funny. Good GPA booster. Don't buy book, we never opened it.

He teaches a pretty laid back class. There is work to be done in the class with a few play reviews to be written, but he is lenient with the due dates and it is not a lot of work to ask for. He really likes theater and it helps make the class more interesting. He is a good one to take.
