The guy means well, but this class is useless. I took the class a year and a half ago and remember absolutely nothing. Good if you want to get an A and to fill a requirement, but you aren't going to learn anything. Seems like a nice person.

This class is not at all related to Math Education. He is a Stats teacher and this class was pointless. You don't have to show up. He makes you do hw, but doesn't really even check it. Also, mandatory tutoring, but he only checks for the signatures. There are 3 tests (the last is the final). Tests are basic. [A] possible. Easy [B].

There is no point in going to class if you took Analysis of Functions or Pre-Cal in highschool. There is no homework. He doesn't take attendance because he believes attendance is reflective upon how people do on their exams. He's a nice man and understanding. But don't try to go to him with a question because he won't answer it.

Ugghhhh...worse than useless, not a hard class. Getting an A+ and i still can't stand him if you don't study outside of class you will not do well. He knows nothing about Java, so depend on the TA.

Tries to get class involved. Style is socratic and reminiscent of high school. Every class is a review of the last class. Only expect class to be easy if you have previous knowledge of stats and take perfect notes. Even then, he will find something you missed on your test. Answers must be explained in detail "he" would use. Advise Psyc 304.

He's a really nice guy, who was fun and always joking around. You could tell he really tries to engage students in what he's teaching. Still, the class was boring (maybe because I just don't like math) & repetive. I was often confused about what we were supposed to do and we didn't really follow the book. Tests weren't too hard but were lengthy.

Most of the time in class we talk about baseball or crickets or something, but once you get down to the actual learning aspect, you learn. You don't have to read the book, his tests are all off his notes (the few that you have). He tells you exactly what's on the test and tries hard to be funny. Don't be afraid to take it.

super easy class. weird sense of humor, just laugh at his goofiness and you'll be on his good side. class is really laid back, dont always have to show up, just make sure you know everything for the exam. extra credit is really easy, just bring in an internet printout from something youve been study

EXTRA CREDIT!! he gives so much!! i got a D on one test, but after extra credit and test corrections, it brought me up to a B!! he's a caring, man. doesn't give out a lot of homework. attendance not mandatory. tests are not that hard unless you're stupid like me. he's easy going. I recommend him :)

Worst teacher I have had at Loyola. He askes questions instead of answering them. He's completely boring, but you have to go to class to know what is going to be on the exam. Gives no new examples only copies from the book. Very unorganized.
