Very smart fellow, I liked him a lot. Classes on Tues/Thurs could get a little long, but he is a great lecturer and encourages class discussion. Wonderful teacher.

Really nice guy and knows so much about Russia and Eastern Europe. He can be a little dull now and then but usually he had a great dry wit. He's always willing to help you out too. Learned a ton!
