I do not have the words to describe what a wonderful teacher he is. He is brilliant and knowledgeable in every way on his subjects. His essay grading is not arbitrary but carefully done and insightful; anyone would benefit from his input. Best teacher I have ever had.

I took canterbury tales with him. It made me want to eat glass. He rambles constantly, and it's boring. He cuts down your papers. He simply does not give A's out. They don't exist. You can participate and write brilliant papers but won't crack a B

Prof. Lambert made me want to never again take another literature class! He rambles constantly. He gives total freedom for papers but then will arbitrarily cut your writing down. The literature itself is interesting but not worth being subjected to Lambert for.

Canterbury Tales - He is a lot of fun to watch, but sometimes talks himself in a circle or will spend half an hour making a two word point. He's grandpa canterbury and tears apart your essays. He can be archaic and modern but always old.

WOW was his class awesome! Not a whole lot of class participation, but HEY, that is only ONE form of teaching. His lectures are positively stimulating, and his gestures funny. You get to HEAR his thought processes as he refines what he is trying to say. Great guy and great at his field.
