This is simple, just read the textbook assigned, or the previous edition to save money. You MUST read and study from the textbook, otherwise you won't do well on the tests. His lecture is just supplemental, it won't hurt you to pay attention and take notes, there is no homework, and minimal extra credit, but each test has extra credit points. READ.

This professor is the absolute worst. So if you ever end up with him please drop immediately and go to another professor. His lectures are boring because he just talks (no good material so READ THE BOOK); and he has about 4 tests and a final in two parts. also, he lost our whole class' second test irresponsible and decided we retake it or drop it

I finished taking his psych5 class and honestly it wasn't horrible. No homework aside from one small paper. The rest of your grade depends on tests. He lectures most classes, which get boring. However, if you show up and read the book for the exams, you'll be perfectly fine. Although he's a nice man, I wouldn't take his class again.

Dr. Braun is a simple man but that also goes for his lectures. The powerpoints do not give a clear indication what he expects you to know. There are no study guides, he says prepping for the test is reading the textbook. Your grade is a reflection of your test scores. No homework. Some extra credit opportunities.

I've taken him twice & everyone complains saying hes bad at lectures and doesnt teach much. In reality, everything you need to know / what he reviews is all in the book, so the lectures arent as important. There is no homework, youre only graded on tests. All you have to do is read the book & study to pass. Pretty easy! Take him, hes nice and funny

I think Dr. Braun is great. I don't know why so many people don't like him. His class was one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. He gives you study guides with what is exactly on the test. And he's very flexible. If you miss a test, he let's you make it up all the way up to the last day of the semester. Such an easy A.

Dr. Braun is a very nice man, but he doesn't update his lectures or his exams with the new edition of the textbook. He tells you to get the 13th edition, but all of his exams are based off of the 11th edition. You need to read the textbook or you will not pass. His lectures do not contain all of the info needed on the exam. Would not take again

You have to read the chapters he assigns. We took 4 tests and as long as you read you will be fine. Don't know why people say he's a bad professor. He gives no hw, you just have to read and study. If all that is done then you will pass. He's funny at times too.. if you don't like to do things for yourself then this isn't the class for you

Elder guy who seems he doesnt wants to teach anymore. He is not good teacher for psychology anymore. It looks like he is being forced to be in school. He needs a retirement. He doesnt even covers chapters and makes you take exam still. Thus, you are on your own and SELF-TEACH is the way. He doesnt really explains what is the disorder about etc.

Dr. Braun is a great guy overall. His lectures are boring & long. He uses bland slide shows. You absolutely have to study to pass the tests. But he allows retakes. It's almost impossible to fail his class and that's what's important right! pass the tests & pass the class

I definitely had a love/hate relationship with Dr. Braun. At first I was frustrated because this is a difficult class. He reads off notecards & his slideshows don't have much too them. I read every single page of the textbook & it honestly prepared me for the future. He is a very sweet man and doesn't intend to be mean. Just study & you'll do well.

Dr. Braun reads off of notecards during lectures but always gives the class an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. He is very helpful and approachable. There are three homework assignments and three tests. Before each test, he gives you exactly what you need to study.

I am taking Psychology 5 for Professor Braun. Very horrible teacher in my opinion. Lectures help a little but you're pretty much on your own and you have to read the textbook to pass. He gives a presentations but that doesn't always mean that everything on the powerpoint will be on the test. All he is reading from the presentation is vocabulary words, even then he doesn't put the definitions there. He give examples on certain things but overall I never looked forward to this class.

He's sweet, funny, and caring. He gives no homework whatsoever, and you are graded on tests only, which he gives every 2 weeks.
