Mark Leff lives & loves what he does, and the class was great. Assignments were easy if you don't mind working under a time crunch. Mark offers a lot of constructive criticism, and you come out of the class with honed skills and experience. Plus, he has an intriguing voice and a quirky sense of humor.

Comment:

Mark is a really nice guy and if you can take criticism then you will be fine in his classes. 350 was simple and he adds a lot of stories to go along with the lessons. It's a very hands-on class

Read the J133 comments, maybe true but 'One take' Leff rules when it comes to teaching Midday. He knows everything from the japanese animators to Buffy trivia but expect to work though. Midday kicks ass but its buckets of fun.

Well, he wasn't the greatest professor to have for a grammar class. I don't feel like I really learned too much, and he didn't have the students' respect. He was a generally nice person, but I would not recommend him for a grammar class.

Students tore Leff apart in my class because he lost credibility the first day. He knows about journalism, but is not the grammar expert needed to instruct this course. His lame jokes are usually funny though.
