This class is the worst part of my week. One hw per week, but it's always very hard. Unclear teaching that seems to make some sense at first, but when there's a test or hw, you have no idea. Avoid any classes with him at all costs. Expects you to know everything from the start.

He is confusing, and grades extremely hard. Homeworks are based only on notes and usually are impossible to figure out. The tests are also extremely hard. He grades on a curve at the end, but I wouldnt count on it to be much help.

really hard, if you can avoid him as a teacher do so. he has this picture in his mind that everyone had been doing macro for their whole lives. never goes over anything twice so you're left in your own stupidity throughout class..ick!

This class is extremly hard. He gives tons of notes and his tests mine as well be written in brail. One weekly hw assignment isn't bad but the hw is also very challenging. I would reccomend not taking him if possible. Nice guy though.

his curve is the only incentive in this class. you get 3 gajillion pages of notes that u need to take to get any credit on the hw. if u don't mind more notes than u can shake a stick at, take this.

BEWARE!! Forget what youve heard about any grade curving!! I tried my best (keeping "the curve" in mind) and got a D. Tests are impossible, do not, i repeat do not take this course with him, a bullet in the face would be a better choice

Awful, awful, awful!!! He is by far the worst teacher I ever had...His tests have absolutely nothing to do with what he teaches. It is like reading Greek when you get the test!! I studied hard for the final and only knew 1 out of 5 answers :(

One metric ton of notes, 2 exams plus a final, and a homework basically everyweek, if that's not enough to turn you away hold on. His gradeing system is one of the best, and may be one of the only incentives to taking this class.

Awful. Gives a test, he tells us to hand in the papers at then end, students gets upset THEN announces we wern't supposed to finish all of the question. Very poor and unfair grading practices. Avoid if possible.

Not a bad teacher..gives a lot of notes and only has weekly homework. His tests are so confusing...know graphs, charts, and formulas. He gives an awesome curve though. Nice guy too...dresses funny!!!

Your best bet is to study the book all year round and know everything in depth. When he teaches he talks about majauana and always seems to come in with a hang over. Fairly helpful person but his teaching methods are different. Not a easy course.
