Dr. Morey is an intelligent & nice psy professor but his class is a little challenging for a 100 level class. There is a ton of reading and material covered but its pretty interesting and relevant if your in the psych dept. There are WAY easier professors to take psy 100 with but overall he is a great guy who expects a lot out of his students.

I currently have him now as a professor. He's a nice guy, but a crap professor. He can't really teach and he doesn't really listen to our questions concerning certain assignments. Buy the textbook, because that's the only way you can learn/pass.

I love psychology, but hated this class with him teaching. I did not find him very helpful. He expects you to read a TON of material before each class. There are a couple tests, and some research papers you have to evaluate. I pulled off a B in this class, but not without MUCH effort

Morey is definitely used to teaching higher level courses. I felt kind of bad for him, as our class really did not prepare for any of the classes. Tests really are not that bad, considering most of us crammed + there is a curve. He is always available for help. Be prepared to work pretty hard on papers and such though.

He's a good guy, but he expects you to read the mass amounts of textbooks before class so that you can discuss it and ask questions. READ THE TEXTBOOKS!! Not very clear on what chapters to read, however, so I suggest you start reading right from the beginning so that you don't get lost or caught up. Fun class! Not too hard.

This class was horrible. It was so boring and he gave us a tons of homework but never really explained how to do it. By the end of the semester half of the class is changing their major because he made most of us hate psychology.

Not a very clear teacher in what he wants done. This class is supposed to help you transfer and further your learning in different career paths in psychology. You basically do all the career path stuff on your own. Don't waste your time.

A very difficult professor. The lectures do not help with the very hard multiple choice tests. Text was expensive,but necessary. Lots of writing- a weekly journal and several hard papers. But he's a nice guy and cares about his students.

Not a bad class. He expects that you know what you dont understand before class so that you can ask questions. His tests are challenging but if you study they are not bad. If you want to learn anything you have to read the textbook. You cant pass without it. very helpful teacher and nice.

He's not used to teaching lower level courses so he teaches this class like its an upper level and not entry level. He has been trying to give more notes and be more clear. YOU MUST read the book to pass tests. Tests are hard but he's a good guy.

Need to be a good test taker for this class, because his test are a major part of your grade and they are not easy. You have th read your books basically to learn, because in class he skips around everywhere.
