I had Professor Nelson for SAD and EITI, definately one of the best professors at Lally along with Lael and Wright, you will learn alot and trust me, his classes are as close as it gets to the real world, He doesnt mess around, and will kick your a$$ if you slack off, but as a Business Analyst today, i use everythign i leaned in class with him.

Fantastic guy. very hard working. Works days and nights in his office, always there to help. Very sincere. I wish him the best, sucks that i heard upper management are getting rid of him. RPIs management has always sucked anyway...****s.

I have never met anyone more resourceful than Nelson in my college years. Nelson goes all the way to help students understand and he gives feedback very quickly. His classes are often a lot of work, but every bit of it is beneficial to students. Great for students who has a real love for learning!

His exams are thorough, but he gives you a clear heads up what to expect. The workload is quite heavy, especially for the project. The independent assignments may become pesky annoying things that creep on you almost every week.
