This was the first semester in 4 semesters that I did not get a 4.0 because of this class. I am usually a very good student who puts in the work to get a good grade & got a C. This teacher was pompous, made me feel dumb for asking questions, gives out weekly hard pop quizzes w/o any study guide material, & grades harshly on group projects.

Really Good teacher, really interesting material, but extremely difficult tests. Make sure to read the book sections and the online readings and you will have an advantage. Make sure to go to his office hours to get the bottom line meanings of readings (like i wish i had done) and you will be much better off.

Ridiculously hard.. as stated on the bottom. This guy is the only guy that teaches MGMT 447 and 448. Wished someone else taught it cause this guy's technique to me or fellow classmates ain't working. He has many flaws.

He is the worst teacher at Chico State. He knows nothing about Business and I don't know how he even has a job teaching about it. He fails you on purpose so that he can feel good about himself. Marc is not a very good professor. He is the hardest teacher that I ever had. As for his tests, forget about him handing out a study guide. Posting notes for you to review online, forget about it because he will not do it. If you have to take the Management 303 class be sure to take it with someone else!!! AVOID at all costs!!!!!

He is by far the worst professor I've had at Chico State. He is extremely condescending and full of himself. His lectures and in-class exercises are ridiculously easy, and then tests come around and it's none of the same material. If you have to make 65%=C, you are not teaching the material well enough. Why is he still allowed to teach here?

I am currently taking this class in the summer, he seems like a nice guy, and his radio voice is interesting. In the other hand he is a terrible grader, too precise. try to avoid him especially if you are not a good essay exam taker. STAY AWAY "DANGER"

Marc seems to be a nice guy outside of the education system. As far as teaching Leadership class, He is a JOKE. He makes his exams very theoretical and if the answer isnt what he wants, regardless if the information is right, he gives no credit. He needs to be teaching an MBA class, not a required MGMT class to graduate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This man is ridiculous! He gives quizes every week, which are impossible to study for since they have information all the way from the first week- you HAVE to remember every single detail and pay attention to the charts. He is not helpful whatsoever and he does not give partial credit! His only assignments are weekly quiz questions. DO NOT TAKE HIM

Hard class. An 80% in his class is considered an A, and evem that is hard to get. I'm pretty much a straight A student, and I'm busting my ass to try to get that 80%. He's a funny guy and I've learned quite a bit from this class, but he's a total hard-ass grader... be very precise, follow directions thoroughly, and always read!

His easiest test was the final.It was the only one he have a study guide to so you kind of knew what was on the test. Definitely read the required material before class because you never know when there will be a quiz. Only one person got a B+ and no one got an A.

Definetly seems like a cool guy at first, but you quickly realize how impressed he is with himself. I got a C and I honestly couldnt tell you what the hell the class was about. He talks about motivation and leadership in the workplace yet he leaves it basically all on you to figure out what to do. His smut attitude gets annoying quick.

I am not a big fan of this guy. His lecture style is not very clear. You never know what will be on the tests since students submit the questions. Group work in class is pointless, and he is a very harsh, unreasonable grader.

Covers a lot of material so keep up! Stay on top of the reading, and pay attention in class and you should be ok. Is extremely helpful and wants to help, so make use of office hours if needed. Lets you write your own exam questions, a way of showing you did the reading so make use of it.
