Comment:

One of funniest, witty professor you'll ever have. I highly enjoyed having him as director of college chorus. The class is easy if you're passionate about singing, but don't think that means you can sit back and relax. He has a sharp eye and will point out anyone who's slacking off. He's very passionate about music and obviously cares for students.

Comment:

I enjoyed his selection and his humor! He's positive, kind and puts aside his life for the passion and sake of music. However, his taste only goes so far to Christian music that he directs at his church - which means there is no Catholic songs, Baptist, Christian Reformed, whatever else there is. Never the less he has the passion.

Mark is a great guy, funny, sarcastic, very easy on the eyes. He is a great teacher and likes to have fun. Choir is a wonderful class for both music majors/minors and non.

I've enjoyed this class. The director is very easy going. I'm quite sarcastic myself, so I actually enjoyed his quips during class, though I know some students who get bent out of shape over it and claim the choir "isn't challenging enough".

mark is really cool all you do is show up to class, go to a couple of concerts turn in one evaluation per semester and BAMMO! you get an a. not a bad way to pad a sluggish gpa; we performed some challenging numbers; mark and the accompaninist are a hoot
