Comment:

She was a nice person, however to pass her tests you basically have to memorize the textbook. Her quizzes were easy since they were open book and you could do them online.

Her class is so unnessesary because what she does in class you could do home. Her sildes are from the book. Attendance is mandatory. Dont help others she will assume cheating. Marks zeros on assignments for minor mistakes. Be on your toes. Memorize the book to pass tests, I swear.

Probably the worst professor I've had at Abington. Says she is available during office hours but continually wasn't available for help on assignments. Took in the summer and she cancelled first week of class. So we had 3 weeks with 15 quizzes, 4 tests and 13 hands on assignments that take at minimum an hour and a half each. Avoid at all costs.

She's tough but fair, and there's lots of work. For exams study the Dynamic Modules available and you will get an A. Get in the habit of doing the hands on assignments and wall street journal articles every week. She's lenient about turning things in late with good reason. Honestly if you just pay attention it's easy.

She loves to give Excel and Wall Street Journal assignments. Reading the textbook is definitely mandatory to pass. She really isn't helpful and expects you to learn the material and teach yourself. She obviously wants us to succeed and is a nice person but as a professor of a technology course, she isn't very clear on her instructions. Try to avoid

I took her last semester and let me tell you how horrible it was. She would just talk right from the textbook and not have the notes on a powerpoint. She would just call out students on things not related to the class and make it very awkward. I was able to receive a B in the class only by reading the whole textbook. I would not recommend her.

Absolutely the worst professor at abington. Nothing but excel assignments which she is terrible at grading and also gives poor instructions. Its a management information class not an excel class. She is seriously a terrible professor and i would never recommend taking her.

She's a great professor. She cares about her students and really knows the material. She is kind and will help you in every way she can. Many students complain, but its college. You have to work hard, this is not highschool.

She appears to be a nice lady but her lectures are very simple which is completely opposite to her tests. Her tests are terrible, you have to read like 200 hundred pages in textbook just for the hope of getting a B- or C+. She gives out way too many assignments, especially, when it comes to final!

Comment:

Leva is good, but not the greatest professor ever. She definitely knows what she is talking about, but some of her material can be a bit antiquated. No class on Fridays; instead you have to do very basic Excel assignments. Do not take if you are lazy. Make sure you read the textbook. Tests are multiple choice, but are an 8/10 on difficulty.

The class was very intense. Her tests were difficult and there were always debates about certain questions because she is very stubborn. Her computer assignments were also lengthy and incompatible with Macs. Just buy the book, study hard, and complete the assignments. Attend class because she notices absentees.

She is not a very good instructor, and it always seem like she dislikes students. The tests are very hard, but she takes them from the online quizzes, and once she realizes you figured that out, she will come up with much more difficult questions. The book pretty much has to be swallowed whole in order to get at least an A-

The worst teacher of all time . She is an absolute nightmare that I would wish on my worst enemy. A heartless woman with no care what so ever. I pray god soften's her heart. She teaches with boring methods and makes student do work that has not been taught in class.

Worst teacher I have ever taken. Does not know the material and gets an attitude when students point out mistakes she has made while teaching (when students bring it up respectfully). She has an ego and does NOT care about students. Terrible teacher! Stay away.

Hardest class I ever took! but shes the only one that teaches the course, so just get it over with asap so you can enjoy the rest of your college experience. Half the class probably failed, but just study hard and you'll probably pass with a C. Maybe even a B if your lucky!
