No electronics, no sleep, will pick on you, doesn't use blackboard, tests are moderately hard, the semester is over and I still don't know what I have in the class, class is a drag to go to, if you don't speak french decently you're in trouble, will embarrass you, a skit is part of final, gives reviews, uses book a lot and must complete labs! Bust!

Excellent professor. Demanding, but if you do your work will respect you as a student and help you along. Speaks mostly in French which is helpful with learning to understand the context of the language. Gives slackers a hard time, but it's only because she expects everyone to participate and do their work.

class is pretty easy if you study the minimal amount and do the homework. dont slack off, she picks on the slackers the rest of the semester. make sure to do the labs and hw before each class because you go over it everyday. tests are fairly easy and very fair. she tells you whats on every test and the final beforehand so you know what to expect.

Great teacher! Fair tests, the only homework is the workbook, and makes it interesting by talking about French culture. Good sense of humor, nice person. She goes rather quickly since there's so much to get through, but if you ask for help she'll give it to you.

She's an excelent teacher. I recomend you take this class with her. Shes very helpful and reviews constatly. You do have to work hard but learning a language it's all about practice and this teacher knows it.

If you have never heard french before you will have a difficult time learning. she starts the first class in fluent french and it just gets harder from there. the times she is there you can barely understand her. she talks about france for half of class.
