I don't know why there's bad comments about her, I mean I understand not everyone likes calc and that it can be hard, but seriously, it wasn't nearly as hard as everyone says. She had us explain problems to each other which obviously don't work all the time, but she used the book a lot and I liked the book. Tests and quizzes were straightforward.

She is the worst teacher i have ever had in my life. She only cares about using the "Computer Algebra System". (aka a calculator) she never helps you and if you ask her any questions she gets annoyed and doesnt ever answer them.

Worst math teacher I've ever had. She is not only crazy, but she doesn't teach anything. The only good thing about her class is that she lets you do corrections on quizzes and exams to get some extra points, which you will need if you are not strong in math.

She is an awful professor. Today one girl told her that she made a mistake on the study guide so she could fix it, and she just yelled and told us she'd never make another one again. She can't teach and interrupts people who ask questions. She also said she wouldn't help a girl who asked for extra help after class. DROP HER CLASS!!!

i agree with the comment below mine. there is no way any student of hers wrote those comments. the only reason she teachs honors is because we are smart enough to teach it to ourselves. she doesnt know how to get a point across or even comprehend students' questions, nevermind successfully answer them.

Honestly this lady has no idea what she's teaching and can only show you how to use a TI-89. She makes you look stupid in front of the class for asking a simple question. Also notice the only good comments are NOT student written such as on 10/4. She writes in her own comments on here to make herself look better. No student would write that way.

I don't think she is meant to teach honors statistics and I am glad I took the subject my senior year in high school. She may be a good teacher otherwise, but I'm basically doing my own work in that class, as are other students who have already taken the subject. She's very confrontational when it comes to students asking questions

westfield state only tolerates her (every student complains about her) because Texas Instruments gives the college money if she shoves the calculators down your throat. I took two classes with her (cal3 & DE), out of necessity, and she never once finished a problem on the board, cuz she can't. An insult to professorship.

STAY AWAY! You teach yourself out of the book and spend the entire next class going over homework. Then after that, she assigns more homework before class is over. If you have to have her, never let her catch you not paying attention. And if she looks you in the eye, DON'T LOOK AWAY FIRST, make her!
