Dr. Cozad is a very good professor, in that she is organized, thoughtful, and cares about her students. This course in particular is very reading-oriented, but Dr. Cozad is an expert in Spanish literature and is more than willing to share her knowledge to help you pass. Overall, a very solid choice.

She was very boring, she just stands in front of the class and talks about whatever story we had to read the night before. The test and quizzes are easy as long as you go to class (but you don't have to attend everyday just go the day before you take the quiz and she usually does a summary of the story.

Profesora Cozad is the perfect model of a great world language teacher: she's patient, funny, has clear expectations, and makes sure that the content of the course is applicable while still being fun to learn. The FLSP 211 course specifically uses a lot of vocab, but she makes sure you're using it in the appropriate contexts.

Cozad was great. The material was interesting and easy to understand. If you go to class and listen, you will do fine. Homework every day (based on completion), it is easy and takes 10 min max. Tests are essay format but easy with little preparation. She offers a short extra credit paper as well. I would take her for all lit classes.

She is a peach! Kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help you in/outside of class. Daily homework in book and online, not too difficult. One essay per chapter completed on a listed topic of our choice. Write a thesis, rough draft, correct the mistakes after she edits it, and turn in a final draft. Accepts documentation/emails for excused absences.

She's such a sweet woman, but I learned NOTHING in the class. It was very repetitive and not challenging at all. If that's what you're looking for then this is the class for you. Show up and do the homework and you'll be fine.

She marks all over your homework but still gives you full credit unless you really screw it up, fair graders for essay tests (I got B's on both without much preparation), quizzes were pretty hard but only small portion of grade. She's just VERY boring and dry. Very hard to pay attention in class, but you really don't need to. The book is a must.

She's a hard grader especially if she doesn't like you. Make sure you make a good first impression otherwise you'll get bad grades all semester. She reads everything directly from the book and worksheets and there is homework almost every day. Overall she's a nice lady, just not when she's grading. Take this class with caution!!

She is a very anal grader and not fair. If she likes you, you'll get a better grade. For me the class was challenging at tmies and I am fluent in spanish. As long as you do all the work and study for exams you should be fine. Her sound effects are very annoying but she is a nice lady. I would take her again.

The class is super easy. She reads everything straight from the text and worksheets. But, she's very monotone,repetitive, and very analytical. Daily homework assignments, 2 essay tests, 3 quizzes, and a take-home final. Its not too hard to pass the class.

She is a pretty good teacher, and she definitely knows her Spanish. The homework is just graded on if you do it, and she is leinant with late work. The quiz's are easy for the most part and the tests aren't bad. Just do your homework, study for exams and you should be able to get an easy A or B.

I had her for english lit and I screwed around so I didn't get a good grade. However she is a good teacher, she has enthusiasm for what she's doing but she doesnt want people screwing around. If you go to class, do the work.. you'll be fine. I'd take her again.
