Her lectures are boring and sounds like she just read the book. Quizes once a week and questions a debatable. She DOES NOT respond to emails. So annoying! Lots of reading required. Grades a bit tough, but I think it is only to prove she is smarter than you.

What a great class. I mean that sincerely because this isn't a class you have to take, but you should. Sure, women's history is sidelined into these separate classes, but it's almost ok because Dr Locke is wonderful with the material. Lectures are great because she presents it all as a story, not cherry-picking info, but cohesive and uninterrupted.

Easy easy class just read the text you don't even need to go to class really but I recomend you do. Her lectures are really interesting and she is tons of fun. Has lots of stories and opions. Plus this class fills ge req and amer. Hist. Reqs. Awesome

This teacher is really good. I started off doing the readings and then I realized that I didnt even have to because she explains everything so well in class. You can actually stay awake! Good lectures and overall easy class. She gives weekly quizes of 4 questions but they're super easy if your paying attention. Easy tests too.

Great Teacher! You'll get an A if you keep up with the reading. The class is interesting and it is very possible to get an A. Follow her format for the essay exams, you can always bring in a rough draft to her in advance and she'll gladly go over it with you. Great class!! I wish she taught 110

Her lectures can actually hold my attention. Weekly quizzes are not too tough, even if you don't read. 3 essay exams including the final. She gives you the question two weeks ahead and a notecard for you to use during the test. Way too easy yet I still learned interesting stuff.

she's nice, easy for the most part, accept her midterm essays, gives u the question but wants A LOT for them...you really need to pretend like she's retard when you write these things, i got C's on em, quizes often...Lecture is BORING, i kinda wanted to gauge my eyes out...kinda looks like a frog too, try's to make this class WAY too interesting

Great teacher, a very passionate and caring lady! Is extremely knowledgable on the subject she teaches. She does lecture the entire class period, but you can zone out if you want, as long as you read the book you're fine. You are graded on two midterms and a final. The midterms are pretty easy, prepare before hand and you'll do fine! Great Prof.

Wonderful teacher. You can tell she loves her job. She can be entertaining and funny. There is a lot of homework involved but as long as you do them, you'll be fine in the class. The essays which are worth the most is not that bad either. You can use notecards on them as well.
