Very old school. She's condescending, gruff, insensitive, and sometimes just flat out mean. Never gives positive feedback, but very quick to criticize. Instead of asking you to visit her during her office hours to discuss issues she has with your work in private, she makes comments to students in front of the class that are humiliating.

Teacher was worthless, I was really upset with inability to communicate, since she is a communications teacher. She was so rigid and unflexible. People, she will not give you any slack on anything. If you are going to take her, make sure you don't get sick or have an inconvinience. Missing one day of her class is peril.

I really enjoyed this class!! I learned so much from Ms. Wiemann. All of her lectures were very interesting and can be applied towards your life. Lots of power points, which I like. Make sure to do the readings!!

Ok...This teacher was the HARDEST person to get along with...she acts like shes been a comm teacher since the world started....she doesnt respect anyone...i would never recommend taking her....everytime i would enter her room, i would automatically be in a terrible mood. comm 121... if you do the work and try, you will do well. she outlines exactly what she wants from you, so it is easy to follow. clear lectures. not too much homework...but not too little. nice lady if u need help. this class is extreemly applicable to real life, as it teaches you interpersonal comm skills for your own relationships!

I think everyone should take this class regardless if you are a Comm major or not. She is a great teacher and really knows her subject. The class involves work, you have to read at least a little bit of the chapter because there are daily quizzes and those add up. Over all I would recommend, she is a really sweet person.

Prof. Wiemann was a great teacher! In order to do well in the class you will need to read the chapters in the book for the weekly quizzes and do the assignments in the workbook. Also attendance is a factor. She gives extra credit. Very easy to talk to and use her office hrs. She likes that. Never saw her be rude or pick on anyone.
