I learned so much from her in taking this course...1 Prsentation, 3 exams...Not bad. She is always willing to help and can appear tough initially but she really cares for her students. One of my favorite classes taken at Rowan :)

I was sitting in her class one day and caught my friend's eye. We started to laugh. Without telling us, she assumed that we were laughing at the opinions of the other students in the class and e-mailed EVERY PROFESSOR IN MY MAJOR and informed them that I am rude and disrespectful. A little harsh? I think so. Take what you want from that story.

Not an easy class. She always takes attendance, can be down-right rude, and often embarasses students for not knowing all that she thinks they should - which is a lot. Tests are hard, esp. the quote recognition part. Failed the first test, but did much better on the rest and she forgot about the F. Take your chances with this one...

Wonderful professor. She throws all the information out there. It's up to you to retain it. The course is a survey course with awesome amounts of information. If you can't grasp the essence of literature, don't become an English major.

She is extremely kind and caring. The workload was not as much as I had expected from an English Seminar class. Yet the reading was intense at the beginning of the semester. Her papers are not lengthy, 3-5 pages, and she is a relatively easy grader. I would recommend her Seminar class to those Eng majors who are fearful of taking Seminar I.

her lit studies class was very easy, and it was also kind of fun. she gave matching vocab quizzes and four papers, and she was pretty lenient on grading them.
