This was an awesome professor. He solicited interesting class discussion/debates, and offered great suggestions to improve my writing. During office hours he really helped me with problems I've had for a long time. I'd definitely recommend his class.

Professor Nagin is a nice guy, and he tries hard, but I can't help feeling that he's in over his head when it comes to teaching. He comes across as nervous, ill at ease in a classroom, and unsure of himself. At times it's painful to watch him strugle through the lesson.
