I think he is a good professor. Just read the textbook, take the note and do the assignments. At least his grading is very fair. If you spend time study for the exams, you will get what you deserve.

A COMPLETE JERK, and offers no help whatsoever. Does not explain anything just lectures from powerpoint. But I did do well in the class overall, so I can't say he is that bad. DO the problems he suggests in the book. Makes the material seem 10x harder than it should.exams are tough but passable. Wait til Fall to take this class b/c he will be gone.

Exams are hard,with NO adjustments. Does not explain things well, very vague explainations on assignments and seems to be bothered by questions. Does anything to keep you till last minute. A MAJOR jerk, no way of avoiding him until next year when he leaves. Pay attention to the major bold terms and book questions he recommends for the exam.

Know the book because the assignments he suggests out of the book are on the exams. Pay close attention to the bolded words in the chapters. He is arrogant at times and when you ask a question, he gives an answer that confuses you more than what you were to start off with.

The guy is full of himself. Has no business teaching finance. May have the knowledge but teaching skills are very suspect. Textbook material is very easy to comprehend. He makes the course way more difficult than what is has to be. Lectures are painful to sit through, very comparable to church.
