Don't take him UNLESS you want to do ALOT of work. The change agent project he gives to all his classes is ridiculous! Chose your group wisely because everything he assigns is graded as a group. He thinks he's funny, but he really isn't. we only had one exam the whole entire semester. no quizzes, or not a lot hw either

I learned alot from this class, so I guess he is a good teacher, but I have no respect for him. I worked hard and my grade did not reflect it. When it comes to the end of the semester and only 2 people in your group do the work of 4 and everyone gets the same grade something is wrong. Everything is a group grade so choose your group wisely.

The change angent project is a big pain in the a$$ but other than that the class is alright. He is very emotional and will cry occassionally in class which can be a little uncomfortable (leadership lesson about grandma) I think overall he's a good professor who cares about his students and has high expectations.
