Advice!!!!! DO all the homework and redo all the quiz questions to prepare for the test and you will get an A. This class is very effort based. I had a good grasp on chemistry before and it was a joke. Hes hilarious and a super interesting guy definitely get to know him just because hes great.

Hilarious man. Participation matters. He might lecture too much and has a tendency to talk at the class rather than involve the class. However he will bump you up LETTER grades if he sees you are making your best effort. This is based on attendance, participation, and review sessions/office hours. You could ace the class on effort alone.

His beard is magnificent. He is a good teacher that provides a ton of in class examples. The only grades are attendance, quizzes, and tests. Some people say he talks fast but that's what I prefer. He connects class concepts to the real world and is very passionate about the environment.

Take Organic elsewhere. He yells and gets frustrated with the class when they don't understand. He doesn't get why other people can't get organic the way he can. All he does is read right off the powerpoints that come with the text,not good at explaining things. If you go to his office for help he def gives the vibe that he doesnt want to help you

Run. Chemistry is already difficult enough. Seems to be a Chem genius, but has major issues sharing his knowledge. He expects you to see into his head and understand right away. Nice guy but expects you to be a self learner. I am not paying 40,000 a year to be told to try harder and that it's really easy material, I just need to work harder. AHHHHH

He was better than I had heard (but I had heard he was terrible) he makes alot of mistakes when doing problems on the board which makes it hard to follow, but he will tell you pretty much exactly what is on the test/quizzes if you ask him. Just be prepared to teach yourself..

Staffier I heard was a good teacher but I was lied to. He does keep the class interesting but he was easily side tracked. I failed the first test so i went to get help from him and the told me to study the text. the test was 20 questions and covered 8 chapters.... he was no help. I think i failed atll the test he just needs to find a better way to get the knowledge into the students heads.

He is a pretty easy teacher and his class is fun. He moves pretty quick but he is easy to understand and his quizzes and tests are simple. All in all he is funny and his class is enjoyable.
