I loved Professor Wyneken. He was very helpful and clear. I took his class over the spring semester and he offered a ton of extra credit. I passed the class with 60 extra points to spare. You do have to pay attention and attend class. There was a lot of homework. I can't wait to take him again!

Very unclear, very confusing. He didn't use the syllabus, and when he did, he forgot what day it was - and what was due. I had to speak to him personally on several occasions about grades; and realized he didn't even know who I was. Worst course I have ever experienced - I sincerely hope this was just a bad semester for him.

An excellent teacher! He's very helpful and understanding if you have to be late or miss class. He cares about his students and he will help you see the the forrest through the trees. He's very open to suggestions as well. Definitely a must-take teacher!

He's back and UMFlint better never let him go! He really is a remarkable teacher. Kind, intelligent, clear, patient, helpful, and professional. Treats you as an adult and future educator. I will be a better math teacher BECAUSE of Matt.

Wyneken was an AWESOME teacher. I have always struggled in Math and he made this class enjoyable and fairly easy for me. Also, he works with you if you are struggling and is very considerate of personal needs as well. UofM no longer has Wyneken because they would not let him teach class 'his way', which is the best way if you ask me. COME BACK!!!
