This teacher is unclear and her tests are hard. She skips around a lot and never uses the book. Many of her slides are repeated. Does not know how to teach the material to her students. The only fun part of the class was the group presentations.

Not Recommended. Two fifty question exams. One thirty minute team project where you can show video etc. (not hard if you repeat what is in your chapter of the book, skits and all). PowerPoint lectures which aren't very clear (headings will randomly change?). Why didn't I know the diference between human resource manager and personnel manager???

her class is pretty easy. exams are easy to study for. presentation wasn't so bad. i agree that her lectures are very boring and her examples weren't very helpful at all. i spent the whole class typing the powerpoint and ignoring her completely. i did a half ass study and got a B in the class. i'd recommend her if you can stand the long hours

2/20, comparable can be pronunced as com-pro-ble too - it's based on geography (ex. potato, tomato). 2/13, it's do not, not "does" - if you dog other's grammar & speech, yours better b on point! Anyway, her class is ok. Can b a bit dry. Boring lectures at times. Grades hard on presentation so don't slack on it. Do well on 2 tests to get an "A".

her lectures are pretty bad. the way she talks...is pretty... bad.... her examples.... does not...help and the powerpoint lecture is just a list of worlds and definitions. if you take this class, expect to study on your own. she's pretty hard to follow. thank god for sdsu's wifi connection

VERY BORING!!!! Her notes are based on powerpoint and she goes quickly so it's difficult to write it all down. She tries to give examples throughout her lecture but they just confuse everybody b/c it's like she only tells half of the story. Don't buy the book, it's a waste of money. I don't suggest taking this class, didn't learn anything.

Difficult to understand exactly what she wants from students, as her syllabus and instructions are not direct. Her tests are not that difficult, but the questions are kind of all over the place. She does give a study guide and rarely takes roll. All in all I would say take Professor Dobbs, as she is kind and accomodating to individual situations.
