The online class is more difficult than in person. Weekly discussion boards & multiple chapters assigned, 4 chps on week 1! You don't really need the access code as the practice quizzes don't help on the test. Take your time on the tests because they are hard & somewhat confusing. The discussion boards are a few points. Read & understand the book!!

She was honestly the best. She reminds you of class DBFs, exams and papers the day they open and the day they are do so you dont forget. Class work is so easy, all you really need to do is participate in all DBFs (which are fun and easy), one short paper and 2 exams if you complete all DBFs, if not the 3 exam is also mandatory. TAKE HER!

I was skeptical at first because of the other ratings but I am so happy I chose to take this class. Maureen Haney is a very sweet professor. Although she does teach the HOLISTIC APPROACH, it still an easy A. 10 DBF'S, one short writing assignment, and 3 exams. She gives great encouraging feedback and truly cares about teaching stress management.

VERY uninspiring class. If your a student that suffer from anxiety and stress this class won't do anything for you. she believes in teaching us HOLISTIC methods of stress relief, which more than half of them can be debunked if you google them and find out there is no science based evidence for them. Her class can be an Easy B, though

Class was pretty easy. I suggest getting the physical copy of the book with the online access that comes with it. The online book is not user friendly at all and it was just easier reading the physical copy. Also, don't expect quick responses on emails at all if you have any problems.

I took this class online and it was a breeze. Consists of 10 forums 3 exams and a very easy essay. Exams are 100 questions multiple choice. She is very nice and I wouldn't doubt to take her again I'm so glad I took this class you learn a lot and its an easy A. If you have to take stress management 342 then don't hesitate she is the best option.

Took class Online over Fall. She has these weekly discussion boards which took me mom more than 20-25 minutes a week. I would read the chapter and try to build my own study guides based upon the chapter review at the end of the chapter. The final(if the class does well) is optional. But most important, try and read the chapters. Fun Teacher!

Good professor to take online. She is encouraging, gives great feedback, and really cares about her students! She would provide students with reminders about assignments due. The material learned in this course is also very useful in life. Be open to reading the material because exams are very detailed.

Took during Summer. Professor sends frequent emails as reminders to complete the assignment. There was 5 DBF, 1 paper (2pg-double space), 3 test, but 3rd test was optional. Test are 100 ?'s, but are based off the book and DBF's. I learned cool techniques from the exercises. Not a hard class to take.

This class is not impossible, nor is it hard. I am currently taking this class and I was worried since I read negative reviews about this professor. Just do the assigned chapter readings, the discussion board posts, the paper, and you will do fine in this class. It's not that hard... Just do as your told.

Be prepared to work for your grade. PARTICIPATE!! I didn't do t ell on exams but she continued to encourage me to try harder and it really saved my semester. She gives positive feedback and helps with any questions you have. It was a great class and she was one of the best Professors I've ever had.

You have weekly discussion board assignments, these are exercises you do throughout the year and give your resultsfeedback on them. You also respond to other students. There was 1 writing assignment which is graded easily. We had a total of 3 exams, with the 3rd(Final) optional. Exams are not difficult.

The power points are useless. The tests go over a very broad range of subjects asking for very specific answers. The worst part is that many of these subjects are considered pseudoscience. Passing is manageable, however this class is anything but stress free. I would not recommend.

I HATE the structure of this class, DBs 5%, a paper 5% (it's an easy A) but exams are 90% of your grade, and your first 2 exams pretty much are your grade because the last exam is made optional. She does not use the +/- grading system, which I HATED because I got an 88% in the course, but still got a B which is less grade pts. than a B+ obviously.

The reviews below are very accurate. Homework was 5%, a paper that was 5%, and 3 tests that were 90% of your grade. I did all the homework/paper and I failed this class. Her power points were useless. There are no study guides. I studied the chapters over and still could not find the course material. Choose a different professor! You've been warned

Just took my first online test, which was so hard. gives a 2 hour time limit for a 100 question test. seems fair until you take it. i finished with 1 minute left? all of her questions were nowhere to be found in material. her power points were useless and so are the discussion board forums. i am a very good student. DONT TAKE HER.

This class was absolutely ridiculous. The discussion posts once a week took a lot of time & effort, yet they were hardly worth any points. 90% of the points were for the ridiculously hard exams. I don't know where she gets her questions but they certainly didn't reflect on the textbook, slides, or study guide. Take this class w/ another professor!

I am the guy who comes on here & thinks that bad reviews are made by slacker students, so please listen: DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE! Point distribution is awful & exams are impossible. Reviewed some questions after an exam & couldn't find them in any course material. Likely pulls from other published exams, even if material is not covered. REALLY BAD!
