you need to read the book before going to her lectures or else you don't know what she's talking about. she is nice and tries to be funny.. but her lectures are HARD to understand. you really need to read. she offers a lot of extra credit too.

She's a very nice person and very approachable but she's not very good at lecturing..so i suggest someone else for lecture, but if you are in her lecture you should read the book before you go because the book does a bit better job of explaining the materials. but overall it shouldnt be that bad.

I only went to lecture to turn in my homework and then I left. All the notes are PowerPoints which can be found online. But the few times I did go to class, she was really nice & thoroughly answered all the questions students had.

She is a really nice person. She tries her best to teach things very clearly. Although, her tests are somewhat tricky and hard! This is a class you do have to study for and her notes and the book are very helpful things to use to study off of.

if you know your chem, its easy, becuase the questions on the tests and quizzes have NOTHING TO DO WITH HER LECTURES. her lectures are all words, no numbers, but the tests are numbers so uh wtfizzle? otehrwise, an average person like me would have to RELY ON THE LAB TO PASS THE CLASS.

She is very nice; however, her quizzes are very hard. Some of the quiz questions have nothing to do with the current unit. If you have a background in chemistry you will have an unfair advantage. Still, if you turn in your projects and lab material you should be able to pass.

she was really nice but when she teaches she mostly "DOES it and NOT TEACH it" she tells her students to do practice example problems w/ out even teaching it yet. the quizzes were really hard and the worksheets/lecture notes didn't correspond to it. but the class is over all easy, just do the LABS and you can manage a good grade.

She is so nice and you can tell she loves what she is doing. She talks as if she is teaching 5th graders, but it works for Chemistry, I wish my math professor would so the same...Anyway, I recomend her if you have a hard time grasping the sciences

This class runs a mile a minute. Don't let your attention slip for a second during lecture or you're sure to miss something. Scharberg is nice and wants to make things clear to everyone, but her quizzes are extremely hard. At least she gives out a good amount of extra credit. Not a class for the faint of heart.

the class was hard the1st time i took it but the 2nd time it was really easy. shes so sweet - new mom so i guess thats why. she makes things pretty clear u may have to ask her to explain it twice. very good teacher

SHe SUCKS and all I can say that she discriminates and has preference on students which is not good at all. SHe acts like a nice professor which is fake. DOnt take her class!! You will fail even u put enough effort and she wont listen to your opinions cuz she thinks she is right and you are wrong. Office hours..she wont help when she is busy.
