He's awesome. totally hot ponytail, and great german accent. The class isn't hard if you just do the homework and study a bit. Half of the exam questions were about beer, you can't not like this guy.

very unhelpful when I came to him for help during his office hours, exams are difficult esp the final and it is totally diff from practice final. Not patient when ask about a problem,simply put not a great professor. First class exam class average a 30. That says it all.

This guy is amazing, he's a chemistry God.He made me want to be a biochem major.He really knows his stuff and although he makes you work really hard to get a good grade. His exams are tough but they're not so bad if you know the material. And he can definetely be considered hot, which is a plus!

Prof. Diem rocks! Chem 102 is no walk in the park, but Diem, unlike some other science profs I have known, actually teaches the material. His slides are a great compliment to the book. If you understand the concepts you will do well on his exams. FYI-exams bear little resemblance to practice exams.

He is one of the best professors at hunter. He is very clear and explains things very well. Only a few questions on his tests may be tricky, so while effort is required to get an A, pretty easy to pass. He's good in his field if you're serious about chemistry, he's the professor you should take.

He is a great teacher. The class is challenging, but that is because it is intended for pre-med students, so if you can't handle his class you probably SHOULD forget about medical school. Great guy, funny, easy to talk to. I enjoy his lectures and the jokes he makes about organic chemistry.
