His class doesn't prepare you for the USCG exam because he does not give you USCG questions. It's not about knowing the rules as McKoy teaches them, but knowing them the way the USCG wants you to. If passing their exam is good enough for a license, why are we wasting time on his trivia sessions? His tests make it worse.... not better.
