A perfect example of a class that is arbitrary for the sake of "emulating the real world." Final project involves creating a commercial for a business, which is useful for DVC concentrators, but the things that he is picky about seem hardly even tangential to what actually matters. On Becoming a Leader isn't great, either.

Forces the class to answer common sense questions and when they answer it never seems to be right to him. Lectures go on way too long for the material. 75% of the material I learned in 6th grade. "Network with other businesses... you need to plan something before you do it." Wow. A shame this class is mandatory.

Rustin Greene is the stuff of legend. He is probably the funniest and most energetic professor I've ever had. He danced, he sang, and he taught us the material with ease and clarity. Hey Rusty, you rock.

Incredible professor! You MUST take him. Very funny, makes lectures interesting, fair grader. If you're a SMAD major, you have to try and take him at least once. Not a hard class at all if you get the work done.

Great Class. Hilarious guy. Some lectures are kind of boring but he tries his hardest to make it funny. Takes attendance, 4 projects, no tests or quizzes. Gives chances for extra credit and really gets to know his students :) Take Him!

I had Rusty for two classes, and 407 was definitely the toughest of the two. It was probably the toughest I had at JMU. But if you come to class and work hard, Rusty will notice and you shall be duly rewarded. And I probably just misspelled duly.
