Although I have no doubt that hes knowledgeable about taxation,I found his teaching style pretty disappointing. It was hard to take anything away from the lectures.Very vague with concepts he is trying to illustrate. His diagrams are incomplete and almost useless. Also he is very boring.Had to learn everything from the textbook.Would not take again

Knows what he's teaching, but needs to simplify to the level that he's teaching. Is MORE then willing to help any student that asks for it. Would recommend him to anyone who is willing to challenge themselves, but will end up knowing it inside and out.
