I've taken Roy for about 4 classes now. He requires that you be an adult and handle your own business. You never can tell if he's being an **** or using dry humor when you talk to him. His classes are not easy but they're realistically what you'd expect from the material.

Helpful as long as he isn't overloaded with work. No away around having him as a professor untill he retires because he is the only computer/mechanical engineer at latech. Take him but be ready to work all night long on homework.

Cares about you as a person and is a good advisor. Helps out on problems you have and gives pretty good insight. I'm not a big fan of his "bell curve" grading - just try to be above average. If taking 351: watch out for those online test - very difficult.

This guy is a moron. Wnet to office to clarify a problem and all he could say was "blah blah blah I am NOT giving you points (even though I was not asking for any) blah blah I hate all male students!" If you a girl who is blonde and well enowed, you'll get an A.

Knows his stuff, and can help you learn it. He teaches to the brighter students and doesn't really wait for the slower ones, unless you ask for help. Put out some effort, and he'll do the same for you. He doesn't like slackers. Tests are challenging.
