I had Merry for the Dignity of Seuss dignitas class. I definitely do not recommend her for this, as she gives many essays, speeches, and reading assignments. She does not lecture, although she does take up the full 2 hours talking about her dissertation on Seuss and how she has a phd. Merry does not respect other people's political opinions.

Merry was an awesome professor. Had to perform four speeches in this class, and maybe had three exams. There is a lengthy group project, but it is very manageable. She is really funny and connects with the class well and likes to have fun. I would without a doubt take another class from her.

she is really nice and very helpful. public speaking can be naturally hard for some people, as long as you work through it and show that you care merry will be of great help to you. just make sure that you read the book for her class because there is a quiz for each chapter
