Mia is a good teacher. Just do want she requires you to do, you will get a good grade. after the class, i do not afraid to talk infront of the class anymore, and i became more confident. Take with her if you want learn something. Plus, she is good patient and very nice. i liked her.

PLAYS FAVORITES! And I was not one of them. Everyone liked my speech in class but she gave me bad grade and next speech I did horrible and totally messed up she gave me an A. she puts you in groups then grades you on their work- I had a horrible group and did all the work she would not help me out!

Mia is a wonderful teacher. I become a completly different person after taking her class. I no longer scare of giving speech in front of class or sharing ideas in group diccusion. The class atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Everyone is friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend her class.

Mia is a nice person, although she grades way too hard on speeches. We are beginning speakers and she grades us realy hard. Her classroom was a good learning environment because everyone was so supportive and nice and willing to listen to you. it was a helpful class and made me less scared to speak

Mia makes sure that the environment is suppostive of everyone so it's a safe place to give speeches if you are terrified of public speaking. As long as you are there to take her quizzes and do the HW you'll do great.

I had a class with Mia over ten years ago when she was teaching at San Jose State. She was single and a hot babe at the time. Great teacher by the way. Really knew how to teach her students. I learned a lot of valuable information.

Mia is a wonderful teacher who made class very enjoyable. The work load is not overbearing and the material is easy to pick up because she explains everything very thoroughly. Anyone looking to take Speech should get her as a teacher.
