Dr. Daley is super helpful and there for interested students with questions. The people who didn't think he was helpful probably didn't come for help until the semester was almost over and they realized they were failing. Also, in my experience, he has no problem admitting he is wrong either. Maybe those students were rude about it...

I copied this because it is exactly what he is: Very organized class that he has taught many times. Tends to go too fast through the slides he uses for notes. There are notes on-line, but they are not complete, and tend to have errors that he corrects in class, but not on-line. Very willing to work with a student with questions.

I will just say I've not had him for a class, but I had a run-in with him. He was a complete jerk to me, and tried to tell me basically that I didn't know what I was talking about at all... which is funny since it wasn't even in his area. I can only imagine what his classes are like.

He is one of the worst professor i have ever had. He is very sensitive ang gets defensive when you ask him a question. He might know the material(he's been teaching it for a decade) but still makes mistakes on the board, get mad when youi point it out.Overall :worst teacher

Good notes & schematics on the board. Whoever said he isn't helpful must not have asked for help. Dr. Daley is in on Saturdays working on grant proposals, and I have gotten help from him even then in his class and even other classes.
