Seemed to avoid the important stuff in contract law. Hooked on UCC (which sucks). Nice enough guy in class, grades are horrible. Bumps are meaningless, though plenty. Exam had waaaayyy too many questions. Time management = huge problem. Crazy liberal...but it makes no difference in contracts context.

had him during summer abroad. not sure how he is stateside, but he was very cool in europe. approachable and genuinely nice. took us all out drinking after the course.

had him for contracts - spring 2003. nice guy who had a ton of knowledge. very approachable, usually only called on volunteers. sent out a ton of emails with questions and answers from students. exam was kinda tough, but fair
