Mike is amazing and so funny. I was so worried about organic chemistry but he made it great. Now i actually like organic. He's always available when you need help also. Overall, loved him!

Hands down best professor I've ever had. He is such a great guy and he breaks down each topic and makes a notoriously difficult class very manageable. I HATE chemistry and would 100% take another chem class if he were the one teaching.

Mike is the best professor I have had so far at Ithaca. He made Organic II understandable and was extremely helpful to go to during office hours to get help on things I didn't understand. He's very engaging in his lectures, which I recommend attending if you want to do good in this class.

Hands down best professor I have had at Ithaca. The way he taught orgo just completely made sense and while you do have to put in the work to get an A, its completely do-able. He's very easy to find outside of class and will always take the time to explain something to you when you don't get it. Best class I've taken so far.

Mike Haaf is genuinely my favorite person on the Ithaca College campus, possibly the world. He is an incredibly comprehensive teacher who genuinely cares if you understand the material. His office hours are super helpful and he always explains things as many times you need until you understand. He's a real-life ray of sunshine.

Mike is on of the best teachersprofessors I've had in my entire school career, and his almost perfect rating on here is well deserved. He's passionate about what he teaches and his lectures are very clear. Tests can be hard, but he gives you all the tools, it's just up to you to study. If you need to take principlesorgo, I'd highly recommend him

Mike is the best chem professor. I had him for orgo I and loved his class. He genuinely wants all his students to succeed and tries to make sure everyone understands the topics being taught. He is exceptionally clear when explaining topics and visiting his office hours really helps! His tests are not easy, but if you study, you will do well.

I took all my chem required classes with him, from principle of chem to orgo2. He's a very nice person and very passion with chemistry, he makes the chemistry is even more interesting. For orgo, it was quite hard for me to study, but he's very patience with my questions every time. You should have his class!!!!

Mike is an amazing professor (and human)! He makes lectures fun, informational, and easy to understand. Organic chem is notoriously hard, but he explains it so well, it is so much easier to understand than the textbook. He doesn't rely on the textbook at all, but it is good for practice problems. If you have the chance, take any class with, do it!

Mike is a great guy, who really cares about his students. He loves to see people take advantage of his office hours and is always willing to help. It's not an easy class, however, you can do well if you work at it. Mike is a hilarious, charming guy. Definitely take this class if you can.

Best Teacher Ever. Seriously, if you have the chance to take his class, do it. He knows how to make learning the material much more enjoyable and he's ALWAYS available for help. He really wants his students to succeed and seems like he'll do anything to make that happen!
