Dr. Homan was one of the coolest professors I have ever had. He's kind, laid back, and really knows what's he's teaching about. He is not the easiest professor, but he is not out there to fail students. You just need to do your work and his questions are really straightforward. I really learned a lot from him. He's an awesome professor!

Please ignore the previous comments. This guy has changed and he's no longer an "easy" professor. He assigned a TON of work for his online course (i.e. 10 papers + long study guides). I'm not quite sure how he grades because he offers very little feedback. He grades entirely on opinion. I do not recommend him or this course. He's a mean teacher.

I had Homan for Prophets and Prophecy he's probably the best professor you could have but he does give quizzes before every class but there is a curve at the end. He assigns alot of reading but he has online videos that are SUPER helpful and he assigns papers after every exam but they aren't too bad don't let me scare you he's a GREAT PROFESSOR!

Dr. Homan is one of the best professors. He is very helpful and takes time to explain anything that you don't understand. You HAVE to attend class if you want to pass. He has daily quizzes on the readings. If you stay on top of the readings then you will be fine.

Dr. Homan is one of the best professors that I have ever taken. My test scores were pretty low but he realized that I attended class and was genuinely trying so he worked with me. You have to MAKE SURE you go to class though, because he gives a mini quiz before each lecture. As long as you stay ontop of the reading and go to class you're golden :-)

I absolutely love Dr. Homan. He is hilarious and is very sarcastic. He compares the biblical events to current events. Very interesting. The blogs are bad but are a must do!! Lots of reading but he explains it thoroughly in class. Dr. Homan is simply the best theology teacher ever!!!!!!!! Love him

He's has a very laid back teaching style. I liked his teaching methods. Students in his class, however, lacked home training. We had some very interesting discussions in his class and I secretly think he's a genius. No really anybody can learn alot from him.
