Professor Morris loves Real Estate! I took him for Real Estate analysis and decided to take him for this class. He is very engaging and can talk Real Estate all day. He looks out for his students and is very fair in grading.

Professor Morris is a decent teacher. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He can sometimes get off on tangents that are annoying. Attendance is mandatory but he randomly reviews straight from the test. Find a friend if you plan on skipping. Did not gain any profound knowledge from his class but I did get an easy A.

One of the best classes I've taken at UNF. He tells you exactly what you need to know for the test. Two small papers. Unlike other teachers he doesn't make you learn 5 chapters worth of material. Professor is very understanding that students have other things going on outside of school (i.e. work, family, etc.). Take him, it's an easy A.

One of the best courses I have taken at UNF. Prof Morris provides a stress-free and enjoyable course and you will learn a lot of relevant material. There are no surprises on tests, he fully prepares you so if you don't do well, It's your own fault. I plan on taking his REE4303 course as well. Highly recommended!

Easy, easy, easy. Took this professor for an earlier course (REE 4030) so I knew what to expect. 2 tests (25% of grade each) and a large group project (50% of grade). He stresses the group project early into the course and for a good reason, it'll be the majority of your time and effort in the class. If you can't pass this class drop out of school

SUPER EASY. 2 TESTS. 2 written Assignments. Do need to come to class. Study guides will be provided, and that come from his powerpoint notes. You would be a stupid not to take this class. The class is not boring, what he teaches is very useful b/c at some point, everyone will have to be involved in some type of real estate transactions!

No need to buy the book, as never uses it. Gives real world examples, and keeps class fun. Semester-long group project is a lot of work, but not hard. A lot of "work days" instead of class, but USE those work days! Don't get behind on the project!! Probably THE most approachable teacher I've ever had. Very helpful! Good test reviews. Curves test.

Instructor is friendly and seems like a nice guy, but I did not learn much from this course. He teaches entirely from powerpoint slides and does not use a text-book at all. Test review sheets are mostly just an outline of the slides. He gives no extra credit options. Seems like he is not really into teaching. I feel like I wasted an elective..

Had him for 1 class while Rosenberg was out of town. He was great! Don't know about grading or tests but he was interesting and had a great teaching style that kept your attention. If I could go back I would have signed up for his class.
