personable guy generous about giving outside help. but i was unpleasantly surprised a mind as bright and radical as his actually doesn't handle criticism too well. when his ideas were challenged in class, he sometimes cracked with agitation.

Didn't like him so much. He assigned a lot of work and butchered papers. He is a grammar perfectionist ... so make sure you bring your "a" game because a large portion of your paper grades will be solely based on grammar.

Definitely a cool guy. The class topics are really interesting, though can knock you out Zzzz at 8:30am. You get to do an advocacy project on what you care about; also the tests are pretty easy if you study, reading not entirely necessary
