I just took a UCC course with him as a freshman. As long as you write two pharagraph related to the question, you ll get 75 on his test. But I have no idea how to get A in his class. I read all the book but I couldnt get over B.( B looks really high in his class) He is nice and friendly. But to me, grade is more important than personality.

I took his online American Judicial System class. One of the worst classes I have taken because he is basically useless. It is obvious that he puts this class at the bottom of his priority list. I could of just bought the textbook and taught myself everything (that's what I did). There is barely any homework and there is no direction.

Professor Principe is by far the most engaging, knowledgable, and friendly teacher I have ever had. He cares deeply about his students and their success. His classes are challenging, but if you are willing to read and participate, you will do fine. He encourages the development of critical thinking skills, which are essential to a successful lawyer

Really wants you to do well in his class. Only has 3 tests and they are online essay questions, as long as you cite the text and use critical thinking you'll do well (he is a tough grader, but definitely doable)

Teaching he has no clue. There is not much work to do in his online class. However, he does not give you feedback. Work that is needed he gives no direction. His grading makes no sense. Good Luck if you email him and get an email back from him. If you dont care about grade just want something easy and able to pass take his class. Never again for me

I took "Doc" for con law one, two, and international law. He is a very compassionate man yet very serious about preparing those who wish to attend law school. He properly introduces students to the history of SCOTUS and how to brief cases, giving them the necessary basis and foundation for studying law. I learned more from him than any professor.

I attended WPU during early 2000 and on. I had Prof. Principe for two Con Law classes. From the 1st day of class, Prof. Principe knew what he expected from you and what you could expect from the class. And if you didnt understand a concept, he would help you with it.

I was a studen of Professor Principe for Constitutional Law when I was a student at WPU in 2001 prior to and after the Trade Center attacks. On the first day of class, he didn't pull any punches. He let you know up front what you could expect from the class and what he expected from you as a student in his class.

Took this class online. Be prepared to read a bit. But it's really not unreasonable. A chapter a week or so. No home work. Just two 3 page discussion papers and a midterm and final which are essays. His class isn't easy but, but its college, its not supposed to be easy. Hes a very good teacher. I highly recommend.

What a great Professor. He really gives you all the tools you need in order to be able to discuss a topic. He is brilliant, and kind to all his students. He can help you with whatever you need; Just ask, and he will answer your questions. His tests are online, and based on readings. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Took this as an online class. There is only a midterm & final which is two short essays and 2 discussion papers of a topic of his choice. He wants to see how you interpret the material rather than what it is saying. Class certainly makes you think.

He def knows what he is talking about. Tests are online and timed.Interesting engaged class but you need to do the reading. He doesn't hold your hand so if all you want is an easy grade forget it (you probably should even be in school then) but if you want to learn the subject he's your guy.

Dr. Principe is great. His class had a lot of reading, but it was all very interesting. The online midterm was hard, but his review was extremely helpful. He is a very nice person although he can get a bit long winded and off topic occasionally. He was very open to topics for the research paper. He is one of the best in the pol sci department.

Prof. Principe is a great prof. He really knows what the hell he's talking about. No easy A in this class, you really have to work for it. But as a perk, if you bomb on the midterm, but do well on the papers and one full grade better on the final, it's like the midterm doesn't even exist. He makes discussion fun and interesting. Def. take him!

Very enthusiastic and a genuine scholar. Michael Principe is one of the best professors that I have had the honor on worker WITH at William Paterson. He motivates you and doesn't settle for less. He does not just give A's but he gives plenty of opportunity to earn the grade that you deserve. I would highly recommend this guy.

No discussion or communication at the beginning.. There were required chat sessions later on and several short papers. You really do not have to do much, the papers come from the reading which you can skim for the info you need. Some of the material was interesting and informative. He did seem like a nice guy. I would probably take him again.
