Professor Perkins is one of the best teachers I've had in my life. She's so clear, helpful, nice, nonjudgemental, funny and understanding. Additionally, she's an extremely fair grader. Everyone needs a professor like her in his or her life.

Mrs Perkins is tough but you will learn. She explains every material to the point that an illiterate person could understand what she is talking about. Great teacher! Recommended to everyone!

Priscilla is the best! Essay topics can be a little confusing, but email her with a specific question and she will help you out. Be prepared to do a lot of reading! No pop quizzes, but you do need to bring in a question/comment about the reading to class every time you meet. Overall, super nice, enthusiastic, reasonable, and fair!

Gives weird and unclear essay assignments. Midterm given was a take home and easy if you read and take notes in class. Perkins is helpful if you run into any problems. She had two 4-5 page papers due for undergrads and the final was a 10 page paper with two writing options. I would take her classes again but would ask for more clarity on essays

This class (Writing About Ideas Honors) was VERY difficult, but it really improved my writing and my critical analysis. Hard prof but that's the way it should be!
