I thoguht the class wasnt that difficult. I think the problem stems from most people not being able to handle essay questions well. Its a culture shock if all your used to is multiple guess.

This is a really great class, if you do well in this class you will have deffinetly learned a lot. Be prepared to learn a lot on your own Exam material is 90% from the book but he only covers about 10% of that in class. Great guy, wonderful personality, always looked forward to this class.

Hard as Hell. Prepare to fly blind going into exams. Study every minute detail in each chapter. Really no need to go to class if u can memorize the entire book. Will help you if u have questions. Will provide great feedback on your project. Just a lot of info with no help going into the exam

This is a professor that will put UNCC's reputation closer to that of Chapel Hill and further from CPCC. We need more like him. I'm glad he is so difficult, it makes my degree worth more. Can't hack it? Switch to marketing.

If you are an MIS major, u have to take Smith for 3229, no other teacher teaches it. His test are tricky. You have to actually know the material. He's helpful and overall is a nice guy. The class is tough.
